Art Appreciation Group visits the Biscuit Factory
On the 21st October, eighteen members of the Art Appreciation group met up at at the Biscuit Factory, a gallery in the Ouseburn area of Newcastle.
It was lovely to see so many people make the trip. The work on display in the gallery was fascinating, giving us plenty to discuss.
We can always find a diverse selection of styles and subjects, which provides the opportunity to love or hate the work on show.
The venue itself is a delight , as is the cafe , in which we spent a good deal of time, chatting, while looking over the wonderful views of Ouseburn and Byker-and of course, enjoying the lovely food and drinks on offer!
The next visit will be November 18th, to the Laing Gallery in Newcastle. Details to follow, but all welcome!
