Greetings!

Just to confirm, our next visit will be to South Shields Museum and Art Gallery to see an exhibition by local artist John Peace. There are quite a number of lovely paintings to view, many of them Scenes in the North East. 

Should you wish to use public transport I will have details at the General Meeting, but the museum is only five minutes’ walk from the Metro and bus stations. There should be plenty of parking available, and I would recommend the Morrison’s, or behind the Kirkpatrick pub, both of which are just across the street from the museum.

We will meet in the Victorian Tea Rooms in the museum at 10.00am 17^th March, prior to viewing the exhibition.  

I don’t have to book this (entry is free), but it would be helpful to have a rough idea how many to expect, so if you could reply, letting me know whether or not you intend attending it would be most helpful.
