Our Interest Groups

To join a group just see the group leader, however, non-members can speak to the appropriate leader about joining although to participate they should be a full member of Seaham Harbour u3a.

If you’re looking for something different that we don’t do or you have a particular skill you’d like to share; anyone can request a new interest group to form provided there are at least 2 people interested (and it is legal).

Groups are self funding so if the activity costs money, there may be a small charge, even if it’s just to cover refreshments.

Members may join as many interest groups as they wish. These interest groups are formed and run by members themselves. Non-members wanting to join an interest group can speak with the appropriate leader but should be a full member to participate.
