Eighteen members of the group met up yesterday morning (26 th) at the Gallery for Contemporary Art at the Glass Centre in Sunderland,  to see the Antony Gormley exhibition ‘Fields for the British Isles’
It was wonderful to see so many old friends, and although many were surprised by the format of the work, I think everyone enjoyed the experience. A very different way to spend ten minutes on a Thursday morning!
The next outing will be September 16th, when we will visit Sunderland Museum and Winter Gardens to see ‘Where We Are Now’ which reflects on the last year, using Art and photography.
