Our Pilates group meets on Mondays at 9.30 am in Dalton le Dale hall. We don't just do it ourselves we have a qualified Pilates instructor who works with us. If anyone is interested please contact Carole Fairweather

Castle Howard Visit
We are visiting Castle Howard on Thursday December 6th, the bus will leave the car park behind Dow House at 8.40am. Please be there in good time. Approx. journey length is 1 hour 45 minutes Departure from Castle Howard about 4pm, dependant on weather.
